of our products have been exhaustively tested to ensure your satisfaction
and complement your lifestyle.
We
undertake to supply the items depicted on this Web Site and any item from
our current catalogue/s subject to availability. All of the photographs
on this site were taken from image bank material or Produced from stock
items. We can be contacted via email, telephone, letter or fax.
We
can normally be contacted by telephone between the hours of 10:00am and
5:30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with the exception of Public Holidays.
Please note that the times shown are local to the UK.
The Purchasing Process
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue and click
on any items that you wish to purchase. When you have finished just click
on the "Checkout" button, you will then be prompted for the
further information we require to satisfy your order. You may cancel your
order at any time; just putting items into the "basket" is not
a commitment to buy.
Delivery
Information & Carriage Charges
To ensure that your order has been shipped safely we use the Post Office
Parcels and UPS. Many items are designated as free delivery; postage is
included in the purchase price, or charged at rate clearly stated at time
of purchase. If goods are returned sender is liable for any postage costs,
these will be deducted on any refunds given on satisfactory return of
goods. Returned goods received by Minus X should have all tags and packaging
in good re-saleable condition. If this is not the case no refund will
be given. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and it is recommended
that insurance is applied to cover any loss ( Ensure you get proof of
postage!).

Terms
All goods are to be paid for in advance of shipping. Credit cards, debit
cards, PayPal, cheques, postal or bankers draft are all accepted.

X accept no responsibility for any Import duties or Taxes levied by Customs
and Excise.
UK
ORDERS
Postage is calculated by product weight and automatically added at checkout.
Delivery
UK
Minus X can deliver to any destination in England Scotland, Wales and
some international destinations. For the carriage charge displayed at
checkout, some items are Free, see our special offers. Scottish Islands,
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland are slightly more as you would expect
all charges clearly displayed at checkout. Any article designated Free
Shiping is only free first time of sending by Minus X, any return shipping
charges are the responibility of the purchaser. Any subsequent shipping
charges are charged on a per item/weight basis as per other goods on site
where shipping is charged.
EUROPEAN
UNION ORDERS
Delivery charges to Non UK addresses will vary according to destination
and weight. We will endeavour to get the best rate and charge at cost.
Please call for a quotation if not handled at checkout. Small packages
are shipped via Insured Courier for only £10.00. Goods that will
be delivered within the European Union you will pay the price shown including
VAT any other countries may be subject to small additional charge levied
by Customs and Excise at the country of destination.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
Small packages are shipped via Insured Courier for only £10.00.
All other International orders are shipped via Insured Courier for only
£22.00 -up to 2Kg - for orders heavier than this please contact
us prior to placing order. People outside the EU may be liable to pay
Import Duty to Customs. Morgans accept no responsibility for any Import
duties levied by Customs and Excise.
We aim to process your order within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public
holidays), hopefully sooner and all orders are dispatched by Post Office
first Class post or Parcel Delivery or courier. Please allow up to 10
working Days for Delivery although we expect this to be far less, normally
2-4 days.
NB:
Some items are sent via courier as per indicated charges and may be subject
to increased delivery timescales.
There
are occasions when items are not in stock, we will enquire of our suppliers.
When such situations arise we endeavour to give a realistic delivery date
of any outstanding item. When this does happen you will not incur any
additional postal costs.
Credit
Card /Security
We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the
software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held as clear text
on any web site. Any additional charges levied for use of American Express
cards are not the responsibilty if Minus
X
any enquiries should be addressed to our Payment provider. Altough we
accept American Express Cards for payment, due to large charges by American
Express we will levy and extra 5% charge for their use to recover costs.
Returns
policy
We rely on your trustworthiness, but adhere to the following policy. Please
contact us to obtain a returns number in advance of returning any goods,
they will not be accepted without one. We will endeavour to provide you
with an alternative size/colour if this is the problem. If goods are returned
unwanted a 20% re-stocking charge and postage costs will be recovered
at time of refund. Due to large numbers of returns due to incorrect size
being selected, when we send out replacements these will be subject to
a further carriage charge to cover handling and packaging. Goods must
be in a new, re-saleable condition to be accepted back by us. The
goods must not have been used other than to try for size. We will not
accept goods that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned. The
goods should be returned in the manufacturers packaging in good condition.
i.e. box if supplied. It is the responsibility of the returning party
to pay for return carriage costs. We cannot be held responsible for goods
lost in transit, it is advised to insure returned goods and keep proof
of sending. If you consider the goods are faulty, please return to the
address above or to the manufacturers address as supplied by Minus X.
Please Clearly state the reason for complaint and the goods will be assessed
and dealt with accordingly. All goods must be returned within seven days.This
does not affect your statutory rights.
Should
you ever be dissatisfied with the service we provide please e-mail admin@minus10.co.uk
or telephone (numbers above) and ask to speak to the manager. We will
try to resolve any complaint within 5 working days or sooner if possible.
